When you receive confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Acceptance of your order is indicated, and therefore a contract between us only exists when we have sent you an invoice. This term has been included to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in our pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you to ensure that the price is acceptable to you before processing the order.
Notification of Shortages on a Delivery
Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The total delivery charge for your specific order is shown when you proceed to the checkout page.

Marrowell Farm Serivces Ltd pride ourselves on our delivery service and orders placed by midnight will be processed the next working day and delivery arranged with your either over the phone or via email.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
20% VAT is added to delivery costs only
Please contact us if you find our product to be defective.
Returns & Refunds
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or return. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping to our warehouse in Northamptonshire. Please contact us if such a case occurs and we can advise you of the most cost effective means of return.
Marrowell Farm Services Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
